Sui social foto dell’assassino, esposto della madre di Santo Romano: accertare se dal carcere

La madre di Santo Romano ha presentato un esposto affinché vegano fatti accertamenti sulle foto del 17enne che ha ucciso il figlio, postate sui social verosimilmente dall’istituto penale minorile dove il giovane è detenuto.

Santo è stato ucciso a San Sebastiano al Vesuvio (Napoli), la notte tra l’1 e il 2 novembre 2024 con un colpo di pistola esploso al culmine di una lite scoppiata solo per un paio di scarpe sporcate.

L’avvocato Marco De Scisciolo, che difende la famiglia Romano, ha presentato un esposto al Tribunale, alla Procura per i minorenni di Napoli e alla Polizia postale, con il quale chiede che venga disposta una perquisizione nella struttura dove il 17enne è detenuto ed eventualmente anche un sequestro.

Sui social sono stati pubblicati di recente foto e messaggi che hanno suscitato sconcerto e ira della mamma di Santo, Filomena De Mare.

Lo scorso 29 aprile la sentenza il 17enne accusato di aver ucciso Santo Romano, giovane portiere di calcio è stato condannato in primo grado a 18 anni e 8 mesi di reclusione al termine di un processo celebrato con il rito abbreviato.
