Una cassa con 450 bottiglie di limoncello sarà calata in mare stamani alle 11,30 a largo del porticciolo di Santa Lucia sui fondali dinanzi Castel dell’Ovo, dove resterà per circa un anno. «Si tratta di un esperimento scientifico», spiega Andrea Petrone, amministratore unico dell’Antica distilleria Petrone, pioniere a livello mondiale nella maturazione sottomarina dei liquori.
