Un sacerdote scultore firma la statua per don Peppe Diana, ucciso dalla camorra 30 anni fa

«È il momento in cui don Diana sta per cadere a terra colpito dai proiettili del killer, ma non cade, perché gli eroi non muoiono». Lo ha rappresentato così lo scultore don Battista Marello, prete per vocazione e artista per passione “il suo don Diana”.

Una statua in bronzo di 170 centimetri e 200 chili di peso che il Comune di Casal di Principe gli ha commissionato per posizionarla nel locale cimitero entro il 19 marzo prossimo, in occasione del trentesimo anniversario dell’uccisione di don Peppino Diana.
