A Napoli la presentazione del libro “Cessione del credito bancario deteriorato e tutela del debitore”

È in programma giovedì 4 maggio, alle ore 17:30 presso la libreria “Raffaello” di Napoli (via Kerbacher, 35) la presentazione del libro “Cessione del credito bancario deteriorato e tutela del debitore” (Maggioli Editore), scritto dall’avvocato Monica Mandico, fondatrice dello Sportello Sociale Anticrisi. Con l’autrice interverranno la presidente dell’Ordine degli Avvocati di Napoli, Titti Troianiello; e il consigliere comunale Mariagrazia Vitelli. L’evento, aperto al pubblico, sarà patrocinato da “Il Sole 24 Ore” e dalle associazioni Tuttodebitori e LegalConnectLab.

Il libro-inchiesta rappresenta una sintesi delle tecniche e delle strategie difensive adottate dall’avvocato Mandico nella gestione dei crediti in sofferenza. Durante la presentazione del volume, sarà possibile assistere anche alle testimonianze dei cittadini, che condivideranno le proprie esperienze.

“La cessione dei crediti bancari deteriorati è un’area grigia del mercato finanziario che richiede particolare attenzione e vigilanza da parte delle autorità competenti”, afferma l’avvocato Mandico. “In Italia, le società bancarie possono cedere i propri crediti alle cosiddette società veicolo, causando il recupero del credito a volte speculativo e rendendo impossibile la rinegoziazione del prestito. C’è dunque necessità di controlli stringenti e di maggiore trasparenza per proteggere i consumatori e garantire una gestione corretta dei crediti”.
